Lighting Design Concept

Meetings will be held with the client and the cross-discipline trades to analyze the requirements of each project. Based on these requirements, the design drawings from other consultants will be reviewed to develop an overall, innovative design concept. Lighting design will be an integral part of both the architecture and interior, complementing the overall design. Special attention will be given to design details, ease of operation, and maintenance, with a strong emphasis on efficient energy utilization.

Lighting Calculations 

AGI32 will be used to perform lighting level simulations to ensure optimal illumination and compliance with project standards.

Lighting Drawings 

Preliminary lighting plans will be developed in accordance with the architectural design and interior ceiling layout. The plans will indicate different types of lighting fixtures and the proposed lighting loads. All lighting locations will be carefully coordinated with architectural, electrical, and mechanical elements to ensure seamless integration.

Luminaire Schedules

Rini has 17 years of experience in writing lighting specifications, beginning in 2009. Lighting fixtures will be selected to best meet the design requirements specific to country. Most fixtures will be chosen from the manufacturers’ standard production catalogs and compiled into a comprehensive luminaire schedule. The luminaire schedule will include the fixture description, manufacturer reference number, lamp type, wattage, finish, mounting, quantity, approximate shipping lead time, and contact information. It will be provided as a bound PDF, ready for tender submission or ordering purposes.
